Meet the Team Behind Every Closing

Ash Selle is the Founder & CEO of Phoenix Closing Co., LLC and a Minnesota native with over 25 years of experience in the title industry. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for deep industry knowledge, steady leadership, and a people-first approach rooted in integrity, transparency, and empathy. Ash is known for guiding even the most complex transactions with clarity and care, always prioritizing trust and clear communication.

    Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a genuine desire to serve others, Ash founded Phoenix Closing Co. with the belief that closings should feel organized, informed, and human. She leads with accountability and intention, creating a company culture focused on doing the right thing — for clients, partners, and her     team.    

Outside of work, Ash is a proud mother of two, a role she considers her greatest accomplishment. She enjoys expressing her creativity through recipe creation,    cooking for others, painting, and designing clothing. A true Minnesotan at heart, she treasures summers spent fishing, gathering around bonfires, enjoying cabin life, and camping — moments that reflect the same sense of connection and care she brings to her work every day. 

Megan Willman is a multi-hyphenate professional specializing in strategic growth, community relations, and operational excellence. As the Director of Strategic Growth & Community Relations at Phoenix Closing Co., she helps shape the brand, support daily operations, and guide both traditional and investor transactions across multiple states from her home base in Arizona.

    With nearly a decade of experience in the mental health field and a Psychology and Spanish double major from the University of Minnesota, Megan brings      empathy, clarity, and a calm, steady presence to every interaction. She is especially skilled at working with people from a wide range of backgrounds and   approaches each situation thoughtfully and intentionally, with a focus on education and clear communication.

    Her work spans systems building, content creation, branding and aesthetic development, and organizational strategy. At the heart of everything she does is a   commitment to trust, transparency, and helping clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the process.

In her free time, she loves to read and take care of her plants, travel, go to music shows, and spend time with her husband and pets.

 Madison Schoonmaker joined Phoenix Closing Co. after building a foundation in sales, where she developed strong communication skills and a results-driven     mindset. She chose to transition into the title and real estate industry to be more closely involved in the closing process, combining her organizational strengths with a genuine interest in real estate.

    In her role as an Executive Closing Assistant, Madison supports the team behind the scenes by staying detail-oriented, adaptable, and focused on keeping each transaction on track. She enjoys learning the intricacies of the industry and contributing to a team environment rooted in collaboration and growth.

    Outside of work, Madison enjoys cooking and baking, caring for her plants, and spending time with her fur babies — a cat and dog who are inseparable     best friends. A Minnesota native, she appreciates the changing seasons and spending time outdoors whenever possible. Thoughtful and motivated, Madison brings a steady, positive presence to both her work and her team.

 Brooke Tompkins serves as the Marketing & Social Media Assistant at Phoenix Closing Co., where she helps share the heart of the Phoenix brand through creative content and intentional storytelling. She supports social media management, content organization, and visual design—helping ensure                 Phoenix’s voice stays consistent, engaging, and true to who the team is.

    She enjoys turning ideas into meaningful content that highlights the passion, teamwork, and care behind every closing. Known for her creativity, thoughtfulness, and collaborative approach, Brooke values helping people feel connected to the team working behind the scenes. 

    Outside of Phoenix, Brooke recently finished studying Psychology and Business, fueling her interest in communication and understanding people. In her free time, she enjoys     snowboarding, playing volleyball, painting, DJing, and giving back through volunteer work with her sorority.
